Data we process
We may process search text, a part or OEM number, selected language and region, supplier referral events, messages you choose to send and limited security and error-diagnostic data. Search text, VIN, IP address and email are not stored in analytics.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to provide the search you request, protect the service and prevent abuse, meet legal duties and, with consent, produce aggregate usage analytics. Advertising tracking is not used.
Recipients and transfers
A search phrase without a VIN or serial number may be sent to selected supplier catalogues. Hosting, database and email providers may process technical data. Transfers outside the EEA use safeguards required by the GDPR.
Retention
Search-result cache entries last up to 15 minutes. Aggregate analytics is retained for up to 24 months, error records for up to 90 days and an administrator session for up to 8 hours. Emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and meet legal duties.
Automated query interpretation
The system normalises spelling and creates equivalent Lithuanian, English and German search phrases. This is not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, and it does not confirm price, stock or compatibility.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Contact using the email shown on the contact page. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
